2. Any person may bring items for auction.
3.  Items for auction may include fresh water, salt water or live plants. No dry good may be entered in the auction.
4.  A registrant may bring up to 25 bags of fish to the auction.
5.  There is a limit of 4 lots per species/color morph.
6.   There will be a 50/50 split (seller/Jersey aquarium societies).
7.   Items will be auctioned off by use of the color dot system. Example: 12 Lots=4 first round, 4 second round, 4 last round
8.   All auction lots must be received between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
9.   Bags should be marked as follows: Scientific and or common name and number of fish. Pair, Mated Pair, Trio, Reverse Trio, Mixed Sexes, Unsexed, etc. Please put your name on the bag.
10.   All fish must be bagged properly (1/3 water + 2/3 air) all bags should also be double inverted bagged. NO ZIP LOCK BAGS!!

12.   Jersey aquarium societies reserve the right to refuse any item for any reason.

14.   Any lots that fail to sell must be picked up by the consignor at the end of the auction. Items left will become the property of Jersey Aquarium Societies.
15.   You may request an item to be brought up for immediate auctioning. Cost is $2 in advance. It is up to the requestor to pay attention when the items are auctioned. If you miss it or are outbid there is no refund.
16.  The Aquarium Societies will do their best to assure that all items so stated at the auction are what they claim to be, but nothing works better than actually viewing the item you intend to bid on. With this in mind the Societies cannot be held responsible for any items after they have left the auction site.
17. All items acquired by bid will be held in a secure holding area. When checking out the bidder pays the entire tab and then receives their fish.
18.  The auctioneer has the final word on all bids!!
